Refund Policy


  • Registration fee
  • JW Invitation processing fee at the time of collecting all original documents
  • Final balance processing fee before one week of departure.
  • All Magnesia office will collect only INR 25000/- as registration fee.
    • This registration fee is refundable without any deductions when the student cancels his registration/ admission before depositing the original passport along with mark sheet and other documents.
  • Magnesia will collect JW / Invitation processing fee of INR 75000/- in DD issued by the bank in favor of MAGNESIA, PAYABLE AT PALANPUR along with all original documents viz. Passport, All Mark Sheets, Physical forms, etc.,
    • A service charge of INR 50000/- is deductible after depositing the original documents and DD for INR75000/- by the students. Balance amount along with Registration amount of INR25000/- will be refunded to the student. This amount is deductible even if the JW / Invitation is not applied/issued with Ministry Of Education of the respective country.
  • Magnesia will collect final payment of Entire processing fee as per respective medical university one week before departure.
  • A service charge of INR100000/- is deductible if students cancel his/her admission after Magnesia apply for the visa with the embassy of the respective country in India.
  • THERE IS NO REFUND ONCE VISA ISSUED AND THE STUDENT HAS DEPARTED TO THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY IN THE RESPECTIVE COUNTRY
  • Please note all refunds will be remitted to Students or parents’ bank account only.
